If you’re aged 18-25 and have a passion to serve the Church and be invested in as a young leader, then this Internship is for you.

Embedded within our Network team, you will be helping to facilitate the training and equipping of leaders throughout the HTB Network of churches. You’ll also have the opportunity to work with our Events and Comms and Media teams as well as the Love your Neighbour team who train, equip, and fund churches to run impactful social transformation projects.
You will participate in key events throughout the year - Summit, our annual event for Senior Leaders and Staff Teams in the Network, the HTB Leadership Conference, and Focus, our annual holiday for churches in the HTB Network.

This Internship would suit a school leaver or graduate who has a passion for our mission. You’ll be a friendly team-player who is able to work independently and use their initiative. You’ll also have a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to ‘jump in’ at short notice! You'll be organised, with a keen eye for detail and be willing to learn and develop.

Mondays to Fridays 9.30am - 5.30pm. You’ll be expected to attend the HTB Staff Meeting on Tuesday mornings.
