Leadership Development

Leadership development plays a key role in our vision to plant and revitalise churches that will transform society.
The Revitalise Trust’s training programmes are designed to equip church leaders for the different contexts in which they serve and empower them for effective, sustainable church leadership.
The Caleb Stream is a one-year pathway for ordained ministry in the Church of England, designed specifically for mature and experienced leaders.
With often one priest assigned to serve multiple rural parishes, this stream aims to train and mobilise a generation rich in Christian leadership and life experience to serve in parishes across the UK.
The Peter Stream is a one-year programme to be undertaken whilst in the existing Church of England discernment process and is designed to encourage the gifts and calling of people from the three most underrepresented groups - racial, social and educational.
Our vision is to see a generation of church leadership that reflects and inspires the diversity of the Body of Christ.
Accelerate is a leadership training programme designed for curates in the HTB Network who will be planting or revitalising a church.
For curates who are in years one and two, we offer termly workshops and coaching calls to help participants reflect on their emerging planting journey.
For curates in their final year, the Accelerate programme is more immersive. Participants access weekly, live online training delivered by experts and practitioners in the world of church planting. Alongside this, they are invited to form smaller coaching groups to reflect on, and consolidate, their learning.
We also offer shorter 6-week Accelerate training programmes for wider staff teams in the HTB Network. Programmes are designed to further equip and upskill those who work in the following areas - Operations, Worship, Kids and Youth.
